ABOUT ME

I'm an instructional designer, certified State of FL educator, and e-learning developer. Throughout my career I have created sound educational curricula and e-learning coursework material for corporations, NGOs, Small Businesses, and Departments of Education across the continent on a bilingual (English-Spanish) basis. My goal is to create learning experiences that allow for an easy transfer of training in the real world-- that is, real impact.

 

I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership from Barry University (Miami Shores, FL) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education with ESOL endorsement. My areas of professional interest are: e-learning quality assurance, scenario based e-learning, and educational technology and innovation.

 

I started The e-Learning Machine because of the wide array of solutions I can offer—no matter how large or small the organization may be. All of this, with a multicultural and multilingual perspective.

I also serve as an SME in the following topics: K-2 Phonics, and Phonological Awareness, Virtual content delivery, Organizational Diversity.
